Pricing

All prices are found on our online booking portal which are a ‘starting from’ basis - final quotes depend on time & product usage. Free consultations are recommended for clarity. Our tiered pricing system reflects the experience and expertise of each stylist.

Cancellations

24 hours notice is required to cancel/reschedule. Cancellations under 24 hours incur a 50% of the service cost. Successful payments will allow a new booking to be made.

Deposits

Online bookings require a 50% deposit. In-salon bookings require a $50 deposit for haircuts & $100 deposits for color. The paid deposit goes toward the balance on the appointment.

A 1% surcharge applies to card payments. Cash and bank transfer are surcharge-free.

Late Policy

Additional Guests/Children

We take great pride in our work, but we also understand that occasionally we may miss the mark. In this case, let us know within 7 days. We welcome the opportunity to make any reasonable adjustments and will always do our best to ensure you’re delighted with the final result.

Please note that concerns raised past the 7 days OR a ‘change of mind’ will be considered outside of our adjustment period and will require a new appointment at the standard service price.

Whilst your desired results will always be important, the health and integrity of the hair take priority. Services may be modified or refused if they risk excessive damage.

We have a strict no-refund policy on services already performed. Instead, our adjustments policy above where appropriate.

We understand life happens, in the event of being 10+ minutes late, we will need to alter your appointment accordingly.
This allows a smooth operation of our salon and for other guests to be accommodated as scheduled.

We kindly ask to refrain from bringing children & other tag alongs due to our intimate sized salon aswell as our fragile objects/equipment. If you have no other option, please let us know in advance.
